Thomas Paloian Sr, age 52, of Newtown, passed away suddenly on Sunday November 16th. Thomas was employed by Photronics in Brookfield for the past twenty years.
Born in Bridgeport to John and Joyce (Gionet) Paloian, Thomas was raised in Newtown with his three brothers, John Jr, Mark and Archie. He was a 1982 graduate of Abbott Tech High School and also a graduate of Naugatuck Valley Community College with a degree in engineering.
Thomas is survived by his lifelong love of 34 years, his wife, Suzanne (Gulya) Paloian. He was always a coach and #1 fan to his three children. In addition to his wife, he is survived by 3 children, Thomas Jr. and his wife Lisa and Tyler and Emily Paloian, all of Newtown. Tom’s greatest joy was being a grandfather to his grandchildren Mike and Leah.
Thomas enjoyed watching his Celtics and Red Sox, with his dog, Layla.
A friend to all, Thomas will be greatly missed. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday Nov. 22nd, at 10am in St. Rose of Lima Church, Newtown. Friends will be welcomed Friday November 21 from 5-8pm at Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street in Newtown.
