Condolence: David was a dear friend for more than 30 years. His kindness to me in my time of need will never be forgotten. Dave and I shared many happy adventures traveling, sailing and socializing over the years and the memories of his decency, his gentle goodness and compassion will always remind me of the kind of person and good friend he was. My wife, Sandy, and I share our deepest sympathies with David's family. He will be missed.
