Message to the Family: Growing up accross the street from the Scappatura family on Greenwood Avenue, and getting to know Phil was a pleasure. I have not seen Phil in many years, but my memories of Phil will always be that of a kind, polite well mannered friend.I am having a Mass said for Phil and the entire Scappatura family.
