Obituary for Charles David "Chuck" Hennon

Charles “Chuck” David Hennon, 32, of Newtown died unexpectedly following a brief illness on Friday, June 26, 2015.
Charles is survived by his wife, Allison Goldman Hennon, of Newtown; his parents, Scott Hennon, of Redwood City, CA and Sheri Hennon, of Danbury; his sister, Molly Hennon and her fiance, Christina Smith of Brookfield; Mother and Father-in-law, Fred and Monique Goldman of New Fairfield, and sister-in-law Emily Goldman of Surprise,AZ and his grandparents Rev. Richard and Myrna Sanford of Meadville, PA and Avenel Hennon of Grove City PA; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his brother, Randall Scott Hennon.
Charles was born on June 30, 1982 in Erie, PA. He graduated from Danbury High School in 2000. He had a passion for music and was a member of the Madrigals all four years of high school and also sang in the annual school musicals. .
Charles served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves from 2001 -2004, serving time in Kuwait and Iraq in 2003. Charles began working for Stevens Ford in Milford in 2014, and was one of their top salespeople and was loved and admired by his coworkers.
Charles and Allison married June 19, 2010 and settled in Newtown. Charles was a huge fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and was thrilled to attend their playoff game with his dad in 2011. He loved playing poker, following the fights and never lost touch with his passion for music.
A wake and memorial is scheduled for Wednesday, July 1 from 5- 8pm at Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main St, Newtown. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Charles’s life.
