Richard Howell, 73, passed away peacefully on March 7, 2017 after a long illness. He was born in New York , March 28, 1943 to the late Richard and Anna (Windrum) Howell. Richard was a long time resident of Sandy Hook, CT and New Rochelle , NY. He worked many years at IBM before retiring. Richard loved boating and being on the water.

He is survived by his wife, Louise, sons Jason, Connor, and from a previous marriage, sons Shane, Paul, and Mitchell, his sisters Nancy French (Bill), Iris Studwell (Bill), nieces and nephews.
