Obituary for Bert Christopher Schovanec
Bert Christopher Schovanec, 22 of Newtown died tragically September 28, 2021. He was born in Danbury March 4, 1999 and attended Newtown High School.
There are no words to describe what an amazing son, father, brother and grandson Bert was. He would light up a room just by walking in. Bert had a heart of gold; his babies and family meant the world to him.
Bert is survived his 1-year-old son Mason; his 4-year-old daughter Rosalie; 2 brothers, Joshua and James Schovanec; a sister Kiley Schovanec; his parents Lori and Frank Schovanic; his grandmother Jane Veach and several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday October 7th at 11:00am in the Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
