Planted in the area of greatest need

My favorite memory of Ephrem occurred just a few weeks ago, when he passed by my classroom with his buddies, holding the most amazing rocket they had built. He smile lit up the hallway, and his excitement about going outside to test the rocket brought joy to my hear. He is dearly missed.

Ephrem was an absolute joy. I feel privileged to have been one of his teachers in 4th grade. He had a beautiful smile and was always trying to do his very best. My heart is broken to hear of his passing. My prayers are with his grandmother and family at this time.
