Henry “Hank” Dembek, 75 of Newtown, passed away unexpectedly on November 16th, 2018 at his home. He was born in Bridgeport, Ct on August 13, 1943. He graduated from Harding High School in 1961. He was a devoted husband and father and was married to Colleen (Adams) Dembek for 39 years. Hank lived in Newtown most of his life. He had worked at Connecticut Post for 47 years as a printer from where he retired. He loved nothing more than spending time with his family and talking to people. Henry leaves behind his wife Colleen and son Michael of Newtown and step daughters Kimberly, Jennifer, and Kelly as well as grandchildren and valued friends. He will be sadly missed by his family and the many lives he touched. Friends may call at the Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown Tuesday November 20 from 3:00p.m. to 6:00pm with a service to be held at 5:00p.m.
