Scott and I met 14 years ago. We became and remained very close friends. Scott was so much more than "the ex-cop from New Milford", which he was unfairly referred to. He had a kind heart, a great personality, and a genuine concern for others. It was an honor to have known you To Scott's family, I will keep you in my thoughts & prayers.

Scott was my sister and I spin instructor from the 1st day we met him we liked him... He was a very kind soul and wanted to help whoever he met. I did not know anything about his back ground but I knew he was a gentle kind man. Im very sorry to hear of his loss. The tragic story that he had to carry with him was not fair. May Scott rest in peace. He was a good man and a good police officer. He wasn't dealt a fair hand in life. The Connecticut Appellate Court held he did not receive a fair trial. If his trial had been fair he would not have been convicted. The injustice he suffered on this earth will be corrected when he is in heaven. His family have my sympathy and prayers.
