Obituary for Bartlett Randolph "Bart" Henderson

Bartlett Randolph "Bart"  Henderson
Bart Henderson, 52, of Newtown, loving father to Lucy Henderson, died in his home on February 2. He was born on June 6, 1962 in Bryan, Texas and was the son of Donald and Clotilde (Sucie) Henderson.
Bart was the dedicated owner of Old Gate Consulting, LLC where he provided high quality network consulting services with an emphasis on customer service and satisfaction. Bart donated much of his time to different organizations maintaining their networks. He will be remembered by family and friends for his high intelligence, quick wit and kindness.
Foremost, Bart was an adoring, supportive and proud father to Lucy as well as a wonderful husband to his wife Allison. With Lucy he shared a love of technology and a quirky sense of humor. He enjoyed learning about the latest technologies, computer games, gardening and outdoor landscaping around his home as well as playing pinochle with friends.
In addition to his wife, daughter and parents, Bart is survived by three brothers, Phillip, Donald and Gardiner. He will be lovingly remembered by his sisters-in-law, parents-in-law, uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
Calling hours are scheduled for Saturday, February 7 between 10:30am and 12:30pm at the Newtown Congregational Church, 14 West Street in Newtown. A private memorial service for immediate family will take place after the calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to the Lucy C Henderson College Fund, PO Box 103, Botsford, CT 06404.
