Danielle Frances Jacobsen, age 17 of Newtown, CT died tragically Sunday May 30, 2010 in Monroe, Connecticut.
She was born in White Plains, NY on July 18, 1992 a daughter of Francesca (Eturaspe) Jacobsen of Newtown and the late Scott Jacobsen. Danielle lived in Elmsford, NY until moving to Newtown 2 ½ years ago. She was a high honors student at Newtown High School and following high school had wanted to attend school to become a Clinical Massage Therapist.
Danielle will be remembered as bubbly and outgoing, honest and forthcoming. She loved swimming, shopping-especially for shoes and make up, and traveling. Danielle was an amazing big sister and a great baker.
In addition to her mother, Danielle is survived by her sister, Alexanna Jacobsen of Newtown; her maternal grandparents, David and Grace Eturaspe of Newtown, an Aunt, Teresa Eturaspe of Newtown, many close friends and adopted Aunts and Uncles.
Friends may call at St. Rose of Lima Church 46 Church Hill Rd. Newtown Tuesday June 8, 2010 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Rose of Lima Church Newtown Wednesday June 9, 2010 at 12:00 noon. Interment will be private. Arrangements in care of the Honan Funeral Home 58 Main St. Newtown.
