Message: Although we didn't know Ed, we know his granddaughters Allison and Jessica VERY WELL, and want their family to know that their pain and suffering will be replaced with fond memories of their grandfather (father, brother, uncle, cousin etc.) and his existence here on earth will not go unremembered. He is now reunited with his life's partner, his wife, and he will be a guardian angel to his kin here forever. Rest peacefully, Ed. It's got to be a better place, even though we all have a fear of the unknown.
