Eleanor “Elly” Reuter, age 89 of Southbury, died peacefully Wednesday, March 6th at River Glen Health Care Center. She was the wife of the late Gustave Reuter of Reuter’s Coachworks. Mrs. Reuter was born on March 29, 1923 in Bronx, New York. She was a volunteer at the South¬bury Training School Thrift Shop. A loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Eleanor is survived by her sons, Richard Reuter and his wife Annie of Southbury and Robert Reuter and his wife Linda of New Fair¬field; six grandchildren: Danielle, Alex, Steven, Nicholas, Corinne and Sarah along with 5 great grandchildren. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, March 16th at 11:00am at Sa¬cred Heart Church in Southbury. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in memory of Eleanor to a charity of one’s choice. Arrangements are in care of the Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown
