Obituary for Glenn Joseph Takach

Glenn Joseph  Takach
Glenn Joseph Takach 65, died suddenly Thursday, October 13, 2011 in Fort Myers,Fla. He was the son of the late Joseph and Elaine (Dibble) Takach. Glenn was a lifelong resident of Monroe and the father of two children. He is survived by his companion and best friend Mary Ann Bielik, daughter Lisa Vandivier and her husband Scott, brother Wayne and sister in-law Victoria and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was a loving grandfather to his granddaughters who adored him and a loyal friend whose smile and sense of humor will be dearly missed. He was the retired owner of the Glenn Takach Nationwide Insurance Agency in Monroe and a lifetime member of the Monroe Volunteer Fire Dept. Funeral services will be held Wednesday October 19, 2011 at 11 am in the Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown. Interment will follow in Monroe Center Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday from 4to 7pm.
