Joyce Livingston Hungerman, 77, of Newtown died peacefully and went to the lord on November 17,2017 at Masonicare at Newtown. She was the beloved wife of Michael Hungerman. A daughter of the late Michael and Pearl (Cohen) Fieldman, Joyce (d.o.b. August 21, 1940) was born and raised in The Bronx, N.Y. Joyce had a successful 50-year career as a body/mind/spirit psychotherapist. Joyce and Michael have been residents of Newtown since 2002. In addition to her husband, Joyce is survived by her children, Glenn Livingston of Portland, OR and Laura Richman and her husband Sam of Danville, NH; a brother Steve Fieldman and his wife Margie of Desert Palm, CA; 2 grandchildren, Benjamin and Sarah Richman; 2 Step-Sons and 4 Step-Grandchildren. Friends may call at the Honan Funeral Home 58 Main St, Newtown Saturday November 25, 2017 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm with a memorial service to be held at 4pm.
