Kenneth F Pelletier
Kenneth F Pelletier, age 76 of Newtown, beloved husband of Sally (Kitchen) Pelletier passed peacefully in Yale New Haven Hospital, March 17, 2009. Ken was born in Jamaica Queens NY, son of the late Louis E and Anna F Pelletier. He attended Newtown High School, Iowa State University and graduated from University of Washington. He then served in the US Air Force SAC as a Captain based in Bangor, Maine piloting KC97 Stratotankers.
He returned to Newtown where he worked in his family’s busi¬ness, Pelletier Inc., a fire and security systems company. He was a lifetime member and former Chief of Newtown Hook and Ladder Volunteer Fire Depart¬ment. He was also former president of Heritage Village Ambulance Assoc. and Heritage Village Computer Club.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years; his children Stephen Pelletier, Luann Sullivan and Michele Potenziani; grandchildren Nicole and Alexandra Pelletier; Sean, Caitlin and Marleigh Sullivan; Taylor and Mathew Potenziani and great grandchild Raeanne.

Ken was predeceased by his brother Alan Gibson Pelletier, sister Joan Swedlund, and a great grandchild Breyden.
Friends may call at the Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main St., Newtown. Sunday March 22 2009, 4pm to 7pm.
Interment in Newtown Village Cemetery will be private
