Lynn M. Johnston, 69, formerly of Newtown, died peacefully at Middlesex Health Care in Middletown, December 16.

Ms Johnston was a long time residence of Newtown where she worked as a real estate agent, as well as for many years at the Newtown Cleaners, until she retired.

She leaves behind two sons, Richard Johnston, Jr and Timothy Johnston and his wife, Alison; a brother Warren Mattison; and many additional family members and friends. Her parents James and Dorothy Mattison of Rowayton predeceased Ms Johnston.

A funeral service will be held at Honan Funeral Home, Saturday, January 5, at 10:30 am, for family and friends. A private memorial will be held in the spring.
