Obituary for Margaret Kathleen Kadar

Margaret Kathleen  Kadar
Margaret K. Kadar, age 82 of Sandy Hook died February 2, 2013 in Masonicare at Newtown. Mrs. Kadar was the wife of the late Sandor Kadar. She was born in Soskut, Hungary on April 13, 1930 a daughter of the late Luckacs and Margit (Kovacs) Kuzsel. Margaret moved to the United States in 1956. She raised four children and was a longtime employee of the V.C.A. Corporation of Bridgeport until her retirement. Margaret will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by 3 sons, Alex Kadar, Jr. and his wife Bridgett of Peoria, AZ, Joseph Kadar and his wife Tanya of Newtown and John Kadar and his wife Dolores of Waterbury. Margaret was predeceased by a daughter Margaret K. Kadar. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Andy, Tibor, Stephen, Nicole and Marisa and by her great grandchildren, Braedon and Brody. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Rose of Lima Church Thursday Feb. 7th at 10:30am. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Friends may call at the Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown Wednesday from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
