Obituary for Summer Ann "Summie" Ghent

Summer Ann "Summie" Ghent
> Summer Ann Ghent
>
> February 12th, 2006 - February 3rd, 2015
>
> Summer Ann Ghent left her life with us as an earth angel so she could become an angel that watches over everyone. She would be 19 years old in 9 days. Summer passed peacefully at home on February 3rd.
>
> Summer was born on February 12th, 1996 in Danbury, CT, and brought home to her house in Newtown where she started her beautiful life full of love, laughter, and music. Summer was born to her Mommy, Barbara, and her Daddy, Peter Ghent. Her Daddy has been waiting for her for nine years.
>
> Summer had amazing taste in music. She loved The Grateful Dead, Neil Young, and James Taylor, who she always sang along with. Another sound that was music to her ears was the sound of farts, which was a guaranteed belly laugh. Summer was the epitome of pure love. She did not know the meaning of hate. She never got angry and never wanted anything materialistic. She was the being that we all strive to be.
>
> Summie is survived by her Mommy; her big sister, Madison; her big brother, Richard and his beautiful girlfriend, Lynn; her very best friends in the world, Carrie Delaney, Robin Delaney, and Kyle Kollmann. She is also survived by her compassionate caregivers throughout her whole life; the Ghent & Klein Family and the many friends whose lives she touched; her beloved big doggies, Zaria and Hans; and her cuddle buddy kitties, Rider, Sid and Rama.
