Mrs. Wilhelmina Heyde, formerly of Newtown passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Manor on Sunday, October 18, 2009. She was the wife of the late John T. Heyde. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Bridgeport and retired from McKessons.

Wilma was born March 22, 1914 in Bridgeport and spent her childhood in Stepney.
She is survived by her 3 sons, John and his wife Martha of Texas, Robert and his wife Emmi of New York, and Ronald and his wife Susannah of Florida. In addition “her daughter “ Lois Heyde of Newtown and daughter in law Renae Heyde of Bridgeport.
Wilma also leaves behind 7 grandchildren, 6 great- grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Friday, October 23, 2009 from 5 to 7:00 pm at Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main St, Newtown. A memorial service will but held Saturday, October 24, 2009, 1:00 pm at St Paul’s Lutheran Church, 1475 Noble Ave, Bridgeport.
