When Stu was with the Norwalk Public Schools, I had the pleasure of working with him for several years. I was always impressed with his knowledge of so many things...finance, construction, but, most of all, people. And Stu always focused on the most important people he dealt with, the students. All he did was for the betterment of the school district, so the students would benefit. I'll miss his love of family (he always had an update), foods, sports and many other interests. My condolences to his entire family.
