Dear Ralph, John, Luca: Heartfelt sympathy to you and your extended family. I was blessed to have worked together with Marilyn at Steelcase over the last few years, and often we connected late in the day that extended into the dinner hour. Her infectious spirit, warmth, and passionate energy I admired and was honored to be her coworker and friend. I distinctly remember her generosity with homemade goodies during the holdiays that she went out of her way to send a few states away to me with a touching card. When she spoke of her family, her energy level kicked into another gear, and she was so proud of her family. There were times that she was on such an energetic roll talking about her family, I had to remind her to take a deep breath, and then we would laugh. She has touched me in ways that are difficult to explain in words, it's just a feeling from the fortune of knowing such a special person as Marilyn.
