Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. We first got to know Fred through his sister Eileen, who was our next door neighbor and friend when we lived in VA. We moved to Newtown and Fred was our refuse collection person for many years. He was a jovial person who was larger than life. All good thoughts of Fred.
