Sweet kind saviour
Cherie and I are sorry we couldnt attend Freds funeral service. To us Fred was a kind and gentle man that gave us a place when we had none. Cherie and I decided to move from our house on Aunt Park Lane and had one of Freds dumpsters in the yard. (As owner of Chamberlain Construction Newtown Carting was the place to go.) We closed on the sale of our house and the next day went to close on our new digs. The lawyer called in the morning and said the tenant in the new place wouldnt move but we could still buy the place. We said no but then realized we had no place to live. I met Fred to pay him when he came to pick up the dumpster and proceeded to tell him our woes. Fred just bought the house on School House Hill Rd and was nice enough to rent it to us. What a wonderful experience we had there for us and our kids. Our daughter got married in the back yard and Cherie got serious about gardening in the fenced in back yard. We spent many happy years there thanks to Fred and his kindness. We both will miss him terribly.
