Judy, I'm so sorry to hear about Joel. It's so difficult to accept tragedies such as this. The Bible says that we are all affected by time & unforeseen events. Eccl. 9:15. But all those in God's memory will wake up in the resurection to life in the future. Acts 24:15. So, do not give up hope. God's promises are reliable and sure. You can see and hug Joel again.
